NOW IT'S EASY TO INSTALL A 3/4" BALL VALVE TO A COMPRESSED AIR PIPE,
WITHOUT SHUTTING DOWN THE SYSTEM.

         
Hot Tapping a compressed air pipe.

 

In order to use the ClimaAir, 3/4" ball valves must be installed onto the compressed air pipework.
    Now this can be easily achieved by using our Hot Tapping Kit.

A) FIT THE CORRECT SIZE SADDLE CLAMP (WITH A 3/4" BALL VALVE ATTACHED)
B) ATTACH THE HOT TAPPER & OPEN THE BALL VALVE
C) 'HOT TAP' THE PIPE
D) CLOSE THE BALL VALVE
E) REMOVE THE HOT TAPPER
F) NOW YOU ARE READY TO USE THE CLIMAAIR TO MEASURE AIR FLOW

The Hot Tapping Kit is available to hire or buy along with a selection of saddle clamps with sizes suitable for pipes with 1" to 7" outside diameters.
