The AccuTrack VPE-1000 is extremely sensitive to the ultrasonic sound of leaks and friction in industrial systems. By using a technique called "heterodyning" it translates the ultrasound to a lower frequency which our ears can interpret. The VPE-1000 is so sensitive it can hear the blink of an eye, yet most background noise will not interfere with detection accuracy. Patented technology uses a microcomputer and digital circuitry making AccuTrak the most accurate and repeatable ultrasonic inspection instrument available in its class.

The VPE-1000 is perfect for schools, hospitals, hotels, and other large institutional environments. Use for a variety of leak detection and plant maintenance applications such as Steam Trap Testing, Any Gas Leak Detection, Bearing Wear and Valve Testing.

AccuTrak SG2 Burst Tone

Ultrasonic Sound Generator

The SG2 emits powerful ultrasonic sound waves which will penetrate small holes and cracks, following the path a gas or liquid would take to cause a leak. The escaping ultrasound is then received and measured by the AccuTrak detector.

The SG-2 Sound generator may be used in continuous or burst mode at 49 kHz up to 115 dB at 30 cm. This highly recommended accessory provides tones for trouble shooting pressure vessels and air tight applications.

Use in conjunction with the AccuTrak detector to test refrigerator/freezer door gaskets, truck/auto window seals, trunk gaskets, aircraft cabins, and various other tanks/vessels and more.
